You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the “Order shipped” state). You can do so by calling us  or via Chat or you can email us at [email protected]

For Metros and Tier 1 cities, the estimated time of delivery is 2-3 days

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, the estimated time of delivery is 4-6 days

For Rural areas and Tier 4 cities, the estimated time of delivery is 5-7 days

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is waterproof with plastic wrap and items are safely secured with bubble wrap

As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

You can make purchases using the following:

  • Netbanking (All leading banks)
  • UPI (All UPI Payments)

You can also choose to pay “Cash on Delivery”. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on RiaMart.

Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

Yes,we have a customer-oriented return policy, If in case the product is not up to your expectation, you can raise a return request from our website or you can mail us at [email protected]. We accept returns within seven days from the receipt of the product.

Contact Us to raise a return request

1. Please notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 7 days of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at [email protected]

2. Please share the images of the product which you have received.

3. Once your return request is approved, kindly ship the product back to us.

4. It is mandatory to share the shipping details of the courier sent by you which includes Courier name and Courier tracking number at [email protected].

5. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, warranty card and invoices etc.

6. Please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 5-7 days from date of raising the return request.

7. Once, the ordered item(s) are received, you can choose anyone from the below options:

  • Bank Refund
  • Replacement
  • Sukkhi Gift Card

– If you cancel an order by calling us before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount. (in case of prepaid)

– If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

– If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (ie do not accept the package)

7 to 10 days from the point that you return the product to us.

Once we received the returned product in our warehouse, we will take your bank details & refund the amount.

  We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on riamart.in
